I know what it cost to perform a life instead of live one.

For over 20 years, I operated inside high-pressure corporate environments — mentoring executives, navigating complexity, delivering results.

I was trusted. Respected. Good at it.

And inside? I was running on empty. My sense of worth was tied entirely to my performance. I had built a life that looked right and felt hollow.

I know what it's like to hold the mask in place at work. I know what it costs when you bring that same locked-down version of yourself home. I know the moments of regret — the reaction you didn't mean, the distance you couldn't close, the person you wanted to be that kept slipping away.

That experience — and the long, honest work of changing it — is what I bring into every session.
